Great conversation between the two of you. Jillian is a fantastic guest with so much valuable wisdom to share.
I don’t know if you’re aware of this but you say “Touch wood” a heck of a lot throughout your speech. It seems kind of at odds with someone who is clearly very into personal development and knows that it is the inner self and the inner work that brings about change and transformation. We often don’t know we’re doing this until someone brings it to our attention. Anyway, it was definitely a great episode and wonderful that you are having such quality conversations with high calibre guests.
